ELISA analysis of PABW-023 was performed by coating with chicken egg white lysozyme (0.5 μg/well). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with PABW-023. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Western blot analysis of PABW-023 was performed with chicken egg white lysozyme in reduced condition Lane 1, Lane 2 and Lane 3 (0.1 μg, 0.3 μg and 0.6 μg respectively) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with PABW-023 (2 μg/mL) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of PABW-023 was performed by coating with chicken egg white lysozyme.

PABW-023 incubation concentration: 2 μg/mL.
HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000)
