Human Anti-LYZ Recombinant Antibody (clone HuLys11) (CAT#: PABW-023)
Recombinant Humanized Antibody (HuLys11) is capable of binding to Chicken LYZ, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-Chicken LYZ mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-Chicken LYZ mAb and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

ELISA analysis of PABW-023 was performed by coating with chicken egg white lysozyme (0.5 μg/well). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with PABW-023. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Western blot analysis of PABW-023 was performed with chicken egg white lysozyme in reduced condition Lane 1, Lane 2 and Lane 3 (0.1 μg, 0.3 μg and 0.6 μg respectively) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with PABW-023 (2 μg/mL) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.
